All returns must be received by us no later than 60 days from the original purchase date of the product.

All returns must include a completed and signed Return Authorization form. To obtain a Return Authorization form, please e-mail your refund request to: returns@zeroislife.com.

We do not reimburse shipping & handling on returned merchandise nor do we provide return shipping labels.

A 15% processing and restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit card originally used to purchase. We do not issue refund checks - no exceptions! We cannot issue a refund if your credit card used to make the original purchase has been cancelled or has expired.  (This policy is in place to protect us from the criminal act of some dishonest customers of receiving a refund check, then disputing the original charge in order to fraudulently obtain two refunds from us. Unfortunately, many dishonest people do this; therefore we no longer issue checks.)

Returns must be sent to the address as listed on the return authorization form.  If you return it to them, they will charge us a return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. There will also be a significant delay in processing your refund if you send it to the incorrect address. This also applies if you refuse or have refused delivery of the package.

Zero is Life, Inc. may, from time to time, offer free bonus items to customers who purchase products from us. Because these products are merely bonuses and not part of the actual purchase price, customers may not obtain refunds due to dissatisfaction or inability to use free bonus items. Refund requests are only applicable to the actual product(s) purchased.

Also, if you are requesting a refund because you did not receive your product, please contact us at info@zeroislife.com first so we can track the shipment.  90% of "missing" orders turn out to have been signed for by the receptionist in an office or by a family member in a home who simply forgot to give it to you.

A "chargeback" occurs when a customer disputes a credit charge.  A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise that they have actually purchased.

Attempting to dispute a valid credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal.  Zero is Life, Inc. does not tolerate chargeback fraud, and we follow the following procedure when this takes place:

  • If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will first contact you directly, because most disputed charges occur as a result of the customer not recognizing our charge on their statement.  You will have ten (10) calendar days to reverse your dispute upon receipt of our letter.
  • If you do not reverse the dispute or otherwise attempt to resolve the situation, we will file a police report with you local authorities and seek criminal charges against you.
  • Your account will be turned over to a collection agency, which will initiate collection activities as well as report your account as delinquent to all of the major credit bureaus.  In addition to our U.S. collection agency, we also contract with collection agencies abroad.
  • If you still do not resolve the situation by either reversing the dispute or reimbursing us for the amount disputed plus our bank fees, we will file a civil lawsuit against you for the amount disputed, for bank fees related to the chargeback, for additional damages for the harm your chargeback causes to our merchant credit record, and for punitive damages as the courts do not take credit card fraud lightly.
