• Reward Programs and Recognition Events -  Zero @ Work™ employs multiple reward programs and recognition events that enable employees to be rewarded and recognized for safety performance and achievement of Zero.  Plan includes reward program guidelines, values, and materials.

Each of these models and the associated activities will be introduced via a three phase implementation plan.  The result is a fully integrated plan utilizing all of the conditioning models and the means & methods necessary to achieve Zero.
