The majority of safety programs or plans do not incorporate a method for assessing the advancement of the plan and its affects on employees other than counting injuries. Zerveys™ are predefined performance questionnaires that provide a progressive “barometer” of the affects of the Zero is Life™ plan on employees and the advancement of a culture of safety. Used throughout the plan, Zerveys™ benchmark and proactively measure and assess employees behavior, thoughts and progress with the plan. With this data the plans progress can be assessed at regular intervals and means and methods can be directed/redirected towards individuals or areas of concern or progress.
